Mangalick School of Nursing
Shanti Mangalick School of Nursing & Paramedical was established to provide quality education in nursing and other paramedical fields to future nurses and operation theater (OT) technicians, which are two fields currently experiencing shortages in India. Shanti Mangalick School of Nursing & Paramedical was the first institution of its kind established in Agra and has paved the way for several other institutions that have followed in its footsteps.
Currently, there are 90 students enrolled in the nursing school and 45 students enrolled in OT technician courses. Both nursing students and OT technician students go to the nearby Shanti Mangalick Charity Hospital for clinical training.
Facilities at the school are located on about 5900 square feet and include laboratories, lecture rooms, a library, a computer lab, an outdoor area for recreational activities, a student dormitory for female students (which can house about 25 students), and a cafeteria. Students staying in the dormitories are provided with beds, study tables, chairs and a dining hall.
Shanti Mangalick School of Nursing & Paramedical is affiliated with the U.P. State Medical Faculty, Lucknow, recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi and U.P
